Founded and run a product engineering studio delivering web platforms and SaaS products for clients in India and the UK, owning scoping, architecture, delivery, and long-term support. I'm designing and building Webandloom CRM, an in-house platform for client management, invoicing, and recurring billing that replaced spreadsheet-driven operations across the studio. I made AI agentic development the studio's default delivery model, with spec-driven prompting, task decomposition across parallel agents, automated code review, and AI-generated test coverage using Claude Code and Cursor, which materially shortened project delivery cycles. I also run self-hosted open-source models through Ollama for code review, refactoring, and document processing, keeping client code on local infrastructure and removing per-token cost from routine engineering work. Built the Webandloom marketing site with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, Motion, React Hook Form, Zod, and Resend, including a Figma-to-code pipeline driven by Claude Code's Figma MCP integration.

Developed and maintained the NeetoUI component library, which reduced development time by 75% and enhanced user experience. I led the design and development of multiple Neeto products, such as NeetoForm, NeetoCal, NeetoInvoice, and NeetoChat, among others. Additionally, I developed the neeto-emails gem, based on the Foundation framework, to streamline email template creation across all neeto products. My role involved implementing responsive designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and closely collaborating with backend developers for smooth frontend-backend interactions.

Single-handedly worked on the design and development for multiple client projects, including a large-scale interview platform, a custom CRM, multiple websites, email templates and many other products. I was responsible for creating responsive designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and collaborating with backend developers to ensure smooth frontend-backend interactions. I also led the development of the BigBinary website using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

I played a key role in developing features across the platform and managed the entire website for a year, collaborating closely with the marketing team to optimize their WordPress experience. To improve site performance on mobile devices, I introduced AMP pages and even built a custom static site generator with Handlebars.js, generating over 1500 pages. I also managed the development of email templates for marketing campaigns and was part of the Customer Active Response Team (CART), assisting customers with engineering-related queries.

Co-founded I/O Developers, a web development agency that specialized in building custom web applications for clients. I was responsible for the design and development of all projects, ensuring they were delivered on time and met the client's requirements. I also managed the company's finances, marketing, and client relationships.
